He earned his LL.B. from the University of Brasília (UnB). He currently serves as Chair of the Competition Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – Federal District Chapter (OAB/DF), having previously served as Vice-Chair, Secretary and member of the Regulatory Law Committee. Mr. Ros served as a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Consultant before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) on the project Control of Data, Market Power, and Potential Competition in Merger Reviews. He also served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors and Data Protection Officer (DPO) of LoopKey S.A. In addition, he held the positions of Deputy Coordinator and Technical Advisor at CADE’s General Superintendence and Legal Advisor to the Administrative Tribunal of CADE.

She earned her LL.B. from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and previously served as a lecturer in Tax Legislation at the University of Brasília (UnB). Her professional experience includes practice at leading tax law firms as well as significant positions within the public sector. She served as Coordinator of Integrity, Compliance, Prevention of Conflicts of Interest and Anti-Nepotism at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where she also coordinated the Infra+ Integrity Seal Program under the Radar Anticorruption Project. She also served as Chief Legal Advisor to the 9th Federal Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Crime and Administrative Misconduct within the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPF), in addition to advisory positions at the Attorney General’s Offices of the Federal District and the State of Roraima.

Hermano Gottschall Neto has more than eighteen years of experience in corporate legal practice, having worked both in private practice and in the legal departments of major companies. He has extensive experience in concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), with particular emphasis on legal and contractual advisory services for private-sector infrastructure projects. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions offered by Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP) in partnership with University College London (UCL). He is a member of the Special Committee on Concessions and PPPs of the Brazilian Bar Association – Bahia Chapter (OAB/BA) and a regular legal columnist for the newspapers Correio and A Tarde.
